Holleman Drive runs east-west across the south side of College Station, intersecting Texas Avenue to the east and Wellborn Road to the north. The Texas A&M bus system runs along Wellborn with stops within walking distance; bike to campus is realistic in 10-15 minutes via the Holleman bike lane and the campus access path. Post Oak Mall and the Texas Avenue retail corridor are a 5-minute drive east. H-E-B at Texas Avenue is the standard grocery stop.

Bee Creek Park’s trail system is a 5-minute drive south. Bryan Athletic Park is a short drive east. The Texas A&M campus, including Kyle Field, is a 10-minute drive or 15-minute bike. Restaurants on Texas Avenue (Fuego Tortilla Grill, Pollo Regio, La Bodega) are 5-7 minutes east.

Do I have to be a student to lease here? No. The community is conventional rental open to anyone. The rhythm follows the academic calendar but lease eligibility doesn’t require any TAMU affiliation.
